Melinda our guide put together a really enjoyable and informative itinerary. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared her knowledge and experience very well.
Our tour guide LEA speaks very good English. Definitely no problem with communication. Everything is well coordinated and even the car or van fetching us in Shanghai or Suzhou is very good and on time. Will surely recommend this to anyone visiting Shanghai ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The tour was perfectly organized—from the pickup at our hotel to the train journeys, the car rides, the boat trip in Suzhou, and the return transfer back to the hotel. Melinda, our tour guide, led us excellently through the day and showed and explained all the interesting sights, along with some historical background about individual places. The pace was just right for us. Thank you very much!
I was worried that it won’t flow as smoothly but it was overall a great experience from beginning to end. Driver picked us up from hotel to train station and he was punctual. His driving was a bit jerky but other than that it was great. Melinda our guide for the day was awesome. She was attentive and knowledgeable and spoke English well. Was also sensitive to our needs Overall a great trip. We would come again

It was an eye opening trip to Suzhou. We learned much about the history and culture of the place as well as experienced the current day to day living of the locals.
Great. Flexible
The trip and activity was well-planned and organised. Our guide Melinda did not skip a beat with the plan and it was well-done. Suzhou was drizzling and light rains all day and so it was important for the driver to know where to drop/pick us. The sights were good but beware it can get very crowded at the main tourist streets so it works to stay close with the guide. Melinda was sensitive to our needs and very considerate due to the traffic/weather. She also shared insightful information on each sight.

Trevor was very knowledgable. He picked us up from the hotel and took us to the train station to go to Suzhou and back. The transportation cars were excellent.
The tour was very good organized. Our guide Roy, a great person, picked us up in the hotel in Shanghai and took greatly about us the full day, we can recommend Roy to anybody
My mom and I were pick up from hotel in morning and our driver was really friendly and nice when we arrived at Suzhou our guide Michelle , she was super nice and friendly to us . She hope us take so many many picture and it was so great experience.

It was a great tour! The bullet train, the extra history background, the city, Roy as a guide was also very fluent and helpful in understanding the history as well as showing us some extras! I can only recommend this tour and Roy too. A must do if you are around Shanghai.
