Li was very communicative and getting the tickets through here was great. The reason I rated low is because honestly, the show fell way below our expectations. The circus is far from the Yu Yuan Gardens are we stayed at. We took the Metro there, spent hours at the mall next door then took a DiDi car back. Tickets were $55 each (we paid $275 for 5) for good seats. No alcohol or fun snacks to order in concessions. Show was ONLY 60 minutes and felt sterile, emotionless and nothing like Cirque Du Soleil. Maybe that was my fault thinking they'd be similar. The acts were good but the performers just lacked the "wow" factor like costumes, makeup, details that should come with a 20 yr running show. Theater and show seemed runned down and on autopilot filling seats by big groups brought by tour companies.
