We had a great experience on this tour thanks to our guide, Caroline. I was traveling with my uncle, who has some physical limitations, and she was kind, patient, and very attentive throughout the tour, always going the extra mile to help us feel comfortable. Her knowledge of Shanghai’s history, culture, and architecture was excellent, and she shared it with warmth and a constant smile. Due to a health issue we couldn’t join the final part or lunch, but both Caroline and Alana were very understanding and supportive, ensuring a positive experience overall. 谢谢侬，Caroline！
The day to Suzhou was fantastic. The weather this time of year was raining and cold; however the day trip was really good. Caroline was a great guide! Caroline explained the history and significance of many things in the Garden and Suzhou. Our lunch was amazing - the best meal I have had in China. I highly recommend this tour, I had a great time!

Suzhou is an excellent destination for a one-day trip from Shanghai. It offers a completely different perspective on China and truly feels like stepping back in time. I highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Carolina, was outstanding — her English was excellent, she was very knowledgeable, provided great explanations throughout the day, and was incredibly kind and helpful.

My Tour Guide Berlin was really helpful and knew alot of information. The Lunch was also really delicious. Suzhou has really beautiful places to visit. I can really recommend this tour with Berlin.
Our guide was Nini, who speaks very good english and is very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. Everything was pefectly organized, pickup at the hotel by car, train ride with the bullet train, pickup by car at the Station in Suzhou, the boat tour through the canals of the city, the big Pagoda, the city gates, a very nice lunch with excellent food (a place you would not recognize as such as a tourist), a Rikscha tour to the HA Gardens. Nini new all the best fotoshotting spots and took also a lot of pix from us on our phones. Nini is super friendly and caring. My girl friend and I had a wonderful day. I can highly recommend this tour, which brings you out of Shanghai for a day.
My experience in Suzhou was really nice, our guide Jane was gentle and funny she explained us a lot of interesting things. The old city is beautiful and full of shops and restaurant.
