The day was enjoyable. Emma was a great guide.
This trip was amazing. Our guide Summer was absolutely fantastic. Soo warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy to listen to also. There was no rush or panic doing all the different activities. She took us to a local restaurant where she helped us with the food, and even suggested a few local dishes. When we walked through the old town, she helped with the translation and had us try a load of local made produce. I'd highly recommend this tour. The bullet train was a great experience too. You wouldn't think it was going that fast. And all of our transfers were excellent too. I couldn't find fault with any part of the tour at all.
Escursione perfetta per chi vuole visitare la grande muraglia del sud senza il sovraffollamento che affligge altri luoghi più famosi (vedi Pechino). Il viaggio è un pò lungo, ma la quiete del lago di Taizhou vale il viaggio. Oltre alla muraglia, che in sé rappresenta una breve parte dell'escursione, mi è piaciuto molto il gir intorno al lago e addentarmi nella città vecchia. Jordan, la mia guida, è stato davvero gentile, professionale e preparato. Lo consiglio.

A well-organized one-day trip to the Great Wall. I had a great time. I was alone with a friendly and knowledgeable guide, which was a nice surprise. All transport and tickets were arranged smoothly, and the lunch was tasty. The Great Wall is very well preserved and truly a dream come true to see in person. A lovely escape from the busy, metropolitan Shanghai. I recommend it.

Our guide Emma was polite, helpful, and extremely patient from start to finish. She speaks fluent English and explains in detail every stage of the tour, including the architecture, beliefs, and the history behind each place. It’s absolutely worth seeing a section of the Great Wall for anyone visiting Shanghai. In addition, although the tour is long due to the train journey, it was very comfortable thanks to the luxurious cars provided, always with water available. It’s definitely worth the investment.
