Shanghai: Private Guided Tour to Hangzhou by Bullet Train

L’activité est très complète, depuis le début jusqu’au retour tout a été parfaitement organisé ! La communication était super fluide et notre guide Caroline un vrai raison de soleil! Nous n’avions plus qu à profiter et ne pas se soucier de l’organisation ! Les sites étaient magnifiques :le lac de l’ouest , le thé et la visite du temple ! Nous avons eu le soleil avec nous donc tout était parfait ! Je recommande à 1000% cette activité et cette qualité de service. Un grand merci à Caroline qui a été vraiment exceptionnelle 🥰

Caroline heeft veel kennis van de Chinese cultuur en vertelt hierover op zeer prettige wijze; ze heeft humor, veel kennis, ze is een groot organisatie talent (lees: alles was qua tijden etc. Perfect getimed) Zeer luxe transport dus we voelden onze echte VIP’s tijdens deze boeiende, dag vullende trip; dankjewel Caroline!

The Bhuddist temple was most magnificent. Our guide Caroline was most professional & took great care of us all the way.Even helping us to order good food for lunch at a nice table with a view . The cruise around the lake was slightly spoilt due to haze around the lake which made visibility bad for photography

Trip was great and we managed to fit in a lot in the amount of time we had. We did the suggested stops and added in our own. The guide Caroline was very energetic and optimised everything on the go to make sure we could fit in everything we wanted. Everything was scheduled well and our lunch was delicious. I would say it is an expensive trip for the price, but worth it if you are short on time.

We had an amazing time, white glove level guide whole day. Everything was taken care of for us and 0 waiting, at every spot things were prepared for us to fully enjoy the whole day. Very romantic west lake, tea tasting in the center of the best tea production company, full on food tasting lunch which was actually a feast. And best of all our guide was one of a kind, always cheerful, attentive with in depth knowledge on the history and culture. All in all it was a very nice day for us and i cannot recommend this trip enough.

Guide and driver were exprienced, on time. Everything worked well. A little to much driving from Shanghai. Visiting the lake, tee village for photos (no tasting) and the temple.

The guided tour was an amazing experience. Our tour guide, Caroline, was a terrific guide. Being first time visitors to Shanghai and Hangzhou, she shared with us extra details, for example, a bird's eye view of the scale of the bullet train station, and the history and meaning behind each stop of our tour. She was also very attentive to our needs, helping to look after us and introducing to us various options during lunch. Everyone was very happy with the tour. Extra points for arranging the logistics, such as vehicles, so that our large group could visit each stop comfortably. Highly recommended, thank you!

We have been on a number of private tours and this has been one of the best we've been on! Regular communication between the company and us - even in the middle of the CIIE - A huge trade show in Shanghai! Our guide Caroline is knowledgeable and very friendly - and in spite of a few traffic hiccups, she was upbeat and flexible with our schedule. She was kind and thoughtful for our trip - and considerate at every stop, especially lunch and toilet breaks plus even getting to the sightseeing spots. Highly recommend this tour & Caroline the guide if you want to visit Hangzhou.
