Ótimo, o guia James foi muito carismático e educado em todos os momentos.
It was a fantastic day , mary was very knowledgeable about the past and present . What i think was really thoughtful mary asked if we would like to change / add anything to our tour , she really did go above and beyond fantastic service . I also want to add it was a cold day and our driver was great never too far away meaning our tour was flowing from start to finish .
Patrick has been an excellent guide, he prepared a very good plan for the city tour. He allowed me to taste the real Shanghai.
Eu amei o Tom que foi meu guia. Super prestativo, explicou tudo sobre os lugares que visitamos, me levou num restaurante maravilhoso com comidas típicas e muito simpático. Super recomendo esse passeio para conhecer alguns dos lugares de Xangai conhecendo a história do lugar.
Tom was an excellent guide. He showed us many beautiful places in Shanghai and shared a lot of interesting information about both the city and China. He took the time to answer every question we had, and upon our request, he brought us to a restaurant where I enjoyed the best dim sum I’ve ever had.

De Engelse taal was ver beneden het niveau wat je van een professionele gids mag verwachten; Mabel was niet gefocust, liep voortdurend snel voorop zodat we voor bijv het nemen van foto’s moesten haasten: vertelde onsamenhangend en wij moesten ook steeds HAAR entree gelden betalen voor de tower en de tuinen, bijzonder… transport was perfect geregeld door zeer aardige dame. We zijn een uur eerder gestopt want we waren klaar;-(
Our guide Tom was wonderful!He took us to amazing places and we managed to see so much of Shanghai in just few hours! We would not have seen even half of the city without him. Also he was very knowledgable about the sites and very adaptive to the requests we had as to where to have lunch and some pit stops for things our teenagers needed to buy on route. Excellent service! Highly recommended! 5 ⭐️!
Fully recommended.. Ask for Tom, is a Private Tour with a private car. He very knowledgeable of every place and knows the best spots. Tickets were not included, but he buys them for you and no need to wait in lines. You can pay when the tour ends. Fully customizable also
