“We had a wonderful time with our tour guide Samir. Despite it being soo hot outside, he ensured that we were comfortable and good, and got us water along the way. He was very professional, nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. Samir made our tour a lot memorable, especially with his attention to detail. We enjoyed discovering the Al Balad neighborhood and learning about its history. We also passed by the Jeddah sign. We had ample time at each stop to look around and ask questions. He was also flexible and willing to adjust the tour according to our needs, for example, we had to shorten our time in Al Balad and couldn't make it to Makkah Gate due to mobility issues with one of the people traveling with me. The tour started on-time, and we found the car very comfortable as well. The Floating Mosque was nice. I loved having our own time to explore and take photos at each of the locations we visited, with the option of taking rest if needed.”
