Wir machten den Tauchtrip während des Ramadan und bekamen trotzdem Getränke und Snacks. Der Divemaster war sehr bemüht und machte einen wirklich guten Job. Wir waren 4 Taucher am Boot und 6 Schnorchler, also eine super kleine Gruppe und bei den Tauchspots waren wir das einzige Boot. Die Unterwasserwelt ist intakt, Korallen, Fische, alles was das Taucherherz begehrt. Diesen Trip kann man nur weiterempfehlen! 🔝👍”

I booked the activity, after 1 year that I didnt dive. I knew that I would need a refresh and that is not the issue. On the day I booked the activity, it seemed to be only me doing scuba diving, so instead of cancelling the activitiy before I coming, because didnt worth for them, they let me come and said that because I didnt dive since one year, I would not go to the boat trip, that only had snorkeling people. It seems that the diving sites are not the same as the snorkling, so they used this excuse to not take me in. They spoke all the time arabic in front of me, and made me pay 155 SAR more for 10 minutes of refresh and 2 dives on the shore, not on the boat as I booked. The activity says that there is snacks and drinks, but nothing was offered to me, only water was available, after I asked for it.

The activity is not existent/extremely disorganized and dangerous. We arrived at the dive centre at 9:15 and nothing happened until 10:15. We then got brought at the marina where we got told the equipment will be available and we arrived and no equipment is available - no wetsuit no regulators nothing. There is also no instructor at all and you’re pretty much left on your own. Everything is very unsafe and not up to standard for a diving centre where safety should be the first priority.
