This was fantastic! I took my partner for a bday activity and since we picked a weekday, it ended up being just the two of us. Jesse was our guide and he was phenomenal! Both of us felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Jesse was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the different stories he told us. We even looked a couple of them up when we got home to learn more or see pictures and everything we found was accurate to the stories he described. He even spent an extra hour with us just because we all had time. Overall it was an amazing night and I’m genuinely shocked we got that great of an experience for just $25 per person. My partner and I had never done anything like this before so we didn’t know what to expect, but we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The walk was very well paced with stops at different points for more storytelling which I really appreciated as I have bad ankles and was worried about getting sore quickly, but I was very comfortable the entire time.

Nice walking tour. Our guide knew a lot about the history of early Dallas and told interesting stories. There seemed to be a general theme of riots. It was a little disorganized, but still interesting. Good value for the time and effort.
