“Our trip with Jay was exceptional. He was an incredible host, keeping us entertained on the car journey with history and interesting facts about the Netherlands. We could tell he was very passionate about his country and proud to be able to show it to people. We were in a Mercedes minivan with another couple, and then another who joined us for the Giethoorn section. The trip started by going out to Zaanse Schans and we arrived early enough that there were barely any other tourists, which meant we could get nice photos with the windmills before the crowds arrived. Here we had a clog making demonstration, as well as one about cheese making. We then had a further hour or so of free time, which was plenty to see the rest of Zaanse Schans. From there we drove to Giethoorn, where we first had a 1 hour boat tour around the scenic village, followed by about 2 hours of free time to wander around the village and get some lunch, which again was plenty of time. Definitely recommend to others!”
“I definitely recommend this tour experience 100% Also because we had the opportunity to be part of the group guided by Rachid and it was amazing!!! I’ve been here at Amsterdam 3 times, and all of my previous trips, I didn’t had an explanation as Rachid did, truly amazing. He was always on time and gave us several local recommendations. If you want to have a one day tour while you are in Amsterdam, this is the option. Thanks again Rachid!!!!”
