The city canal cruise is wheelchair accessible, but you must contact our reservations department before booking your ticket to confirm a time slot from our departure dock in de opposite of the Hard Rock Cafe. If you do not contact us, a wheelchair space cannot be guaranteed.
Getting there
The dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550 (opposite the Heineken Experience). Take tram 2 or 12 and stop at Rijksmuseum. From there the dock is a 5-minute walk. Alternatively, take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there, the dock is only a 2-minute walk.
