Well, first I got directions to a meeting point where, I was told later, they were not operating at that moment ( apologies from "someone" from Miami Water Taxi promised me unlimited Prosecco for the inconvenience, which I was not offered )..; then, tour started almost 20 mins late, and, finally, didn't last the 100 mins advertised ( one hour at most ). Host lady Laura did her best to amuse us during the tour.
We arrived at 11:31 for our 11:30 boat tour, and they forced us to pay an extra $15 per person just for being one minute late. What makes it worse is that the boat didn't even depart until 11:40, and at least 5 more people boarded after us! The woman at the check-in desk was incredibly rude and aggressive. She treated us poorly and ruined our mood before the trip even started. It felt like a total scam to get an extra $60 from a group of 4. I don't mind the money as much as I mind the lack of respect and professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you don't want to be treated like a "cash cow."
