Activate your ticket either via Big Bus app or in person with Big Bus staff The first tour of the day departs Stop #1 Bayside Marketplace at 9:00 AM with the last tour of the day departing at 4:00 PM. Night Tour departs at 8PM from Bayside Marketplace. Customers with wheelchairs need to contact Big Bus 48 hours in advance to ensure accommodation. Headphones will be provided upon arrival however feel free to use your own.

Activate your ticket either via Big Bus app or in person with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 Bayside Marketplace (333 Biscayne Blvd). Please look for the Big Bus Kiosk in the outside plaza south of Ben's Pizza.

She went through red lights. The shocking expressions and gasp of all of us passengers was very prevalent. We take the tour during each of our visits and this was by far the worst experience. Our bus didn’t feature a guide highlighting details of the city.”
