Everglades: Sawgrass Park Day Time Airboat Tour & Exhibits
🏎 Why We Picked This
gygBest on Friday morning before Practice 1 (depart by 10:00 to be back by 12:30) or Sunday morning before the Race (plenty of buffer before 16:00). The ~40-minute tour plus ~45 minutes each way drive is tight but doable. No other race on the calendar puts you this close to airboats and alligators — it's a quintessentially Miami experience that amplifies the exotic setting of the Miami GP.

If you are able to comfortably take a step down into our boats or have a family member help you into and out of the boat, you will be able to enjoy the boat ride. Upon check-in, please let our clerks know that you will need additional time to board the boat and we will be sure to let the captain know so you will be escorted to the front of the line and given time to get comfortable. If you are apprehensive about having to get into the boat comfortably, you can still enjoy our animal exhibits! The exhibit area is a gravel walkway. We have a wheelchair we can lend you at no cost for the exhibit area.
