The 2026 Bahrain Grand Prix runs three days at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir (April 10–12). Friday and Saturday host practice sessions — the long Friday morning window (8+ hours before FP1 at 14:30 AST) is ideal for exploring Manama's souks, fort, and food scene. Saturday evening after qualifying under the floodlights gives 3+ hours for Adliya dining. Race day on Sunday begins at 18:00 AST, leaving the entire morning and afternoon free.

Bahrain sessions run from late afternoon into the evening — giving long daytime windows for exploring Manama and the desert, with evenings free for nightlife after qualifying.
