the guide did not come up to standard did not explain well totally felt ignored in afternoon all she did is speak to the driver the whole way

Pickup should be provided from the hotel. I'm new to this country. The taxi driver was unable to find the location. I miss it because of that.
Le matin au lieu de Rdv une personne nous a pointé le nom et as regardé nos billets que nous avions déjà payé sur le site. Elle nous a dirigé ensuite vers un bus .Dans le milieu de la matinée, notre guide nous as dit que cette personne c'était trompée et nous appartenons à un autre bus. Nous avons donc payé notre sortie, à une société avec qui, nous n'avons pas fait la sortie puisque mal dirigé par cette personne au lieu de RDV Quant à la société avec qui nous avons fait la sortie c'est elle qui doit percevoir notre paiement 178.20 € à eux de se refaire l'échange de prestation. Nous avons payé et nous ne repaierons pas une deuxième fois. Nous avons déjà envoyé un mail à ce sujet. A vous de faire les recherches nécessaires et de nous tenir informé.
