It was the worst "tour" in my 20-year touristic life, because the trip didn't happen at all. The communication with me as a customer was horrible. First, the company tried to push me to change the scheduled trip date. They wrote late in the evening and suggested going the next morning because of the weather forecast, which was a fake. I refused due to my plan, which I don't make spontaneously. Then, instead of communicating "during the day" the details of my trip, they sent me nothing till very late evening, and it happened only when I reminded them. At night, a message came that the trip wouldn't happen due to a lack of participants, offering something I didn't want. And to all my extra inquiries, I got no answer from their managers till it was way too late! At 7-45 I arrived at the meeting point, which they defined as "the office location," but the office was closed. Only at 9:15 did I start getting answers. So, think twice before going with them.
