• IMPORTANT NOTE: Yellow Line Stops 4 & 5 will be skipped on 2 Nov, Sunday, due to road closure in place to facilitate the Tour de France Singapore Criterium 2025 Activate your mobile voucher/QR at any designated Big Bus stop or with a Big Bus representative at the BIG BUS & DUCK Tourist Hub, 3 Temasek Boulevard, #01-K8, Suntec City Tower 2, Singapore 038983. The first tour departs at 9:30 AM from Stop 1 at the Suntec City Tourist Hub, with buses arriving every 25–40 minutes until 5:20 PM, depending on the time of year. Download the free Big Bus App to live-track buses and locate stops. Bus stops may occasionally be unavailable due to road closures or other issues. Children aged 3 year and under may travel free of charge and do not require a ticket. A live-guided Night Tour is included with the Explore (48-hour & Night Tour) ticket, departing at 6:15 PM from the Suntec BIG BUS & DUCK counter and lasting approximately 3–3.5 hours. The lower deck of the bus is wheelchair accessible.
Getting there
You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Activity Provider Reference number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route. 2. Present your printed or mobile voucher with a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route during operating hours. No fault of the company but it rained heavily so we couldn’t sit in the open air to view the sights. The earphone sockets on some buses weren’t working so no commentary received. Which meant we didn’t get the full experience. Not as good as other city hop on hop offs we’ve experienced
