Fantastic tour
They charge a lot, yet they can change the itinerary without warning, which happened to us. The “optional” Munich walking tour, originally planned for after our return from Neuschwanstein, was made compulsory before visiting the castle, adding two hours and throwing off everyone’s schedules. There was no prior notice or offer of compensation. For the price - which doesn't include tickets, which are also sold with a commission - it was not a pleasant experience.
