PATHETIC. I booked,paid,received confirmation, flew down from Sydney only to have the tour CANCELLED at the last minutes. I received the meeting place and time email the night before. We were up early, caught tram to Federation Square, and WAITED. And WAITED. No show. This is a suspect company. I rang them. Left a message. 3 days later, I've still had no reply. I now have to hassle to get my $238 refunded.
