Tuk Tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of Tuk Tuks needed for the group, with a legal maximum of 4 passengers per Tuk Tuk. Minimum mandatory age: 2 years Minimum mandatory weight: 9 kg In case of delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be canceled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded. The tour itinerary may vary if there are street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour. The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make a series of pre-arranged stops. The 60-minute tour does not includes any stops. The 120-minute tour stops at the Debod, while the 180 and 240-minute tours also stop at Las Ventas and Bernabeu. The Tuk Tuks do not have trunks, so they can't carry large items. This tour runs rain or shine. In winter, the Tuk Tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and have blankets to keep you warm
Getting there
Pick-up and drop-off in the (underground) bus station of Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the "Puerta del Príncipe." Directly across from the "Puerta del Príncipe," you will find the stairs leading down to the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to guide you to the exact pick-up point.
