“Loved Amy and her energy! She made the tour funny and informational. The sites were beautiful and I would definitely book this again. We did the optional kimono. It did take time out of the tour but the pictures were beautiful. Timing of tour was perfect with lunch during a good time. Beware of the “feisty” male deer and listen to Instructions to prevent getting swarmed by deer! It was still very fun. Beware during peak times all locations will be busy but it is still worth it if you have never visited these sites. Thank you Amy!”
“Theodore Chan our guide was enthusiastic and fun throughout our day experience. The highlight was Arashiyama, World Heritage site, beautiful gardens, bamboo forest and temples. Definitely a must do to see the true heritage of Kyoto and surrounding areas. Thank you.”
“Enjoyed the trip. guide was funny, happy and gave lots of history. It is a long day but you get to see 3 main attractions that are spread far away from each other. At least an hour at each destination so you are not spending all day on the bus.”

Nice Trip, timing respected and very nice guide Theodore C!!!
The trip itself and the sights you see, whilst very busy, are so for a reason, and they’re excellent and amazing places to visit. The only reason this wasn’t a 5* is simply because the actual ‘tour’ part of the trip was pretty average. Our guide was friendly but didn’t offer much in the way of structure or clear instructions. Nor did he particularly provide much insight or knowledge. This is more of a convenient way to get transport around the different locations rather than being a good tour in the proper sense. But if you go into it knowing this you’ll have a great time.

Christine et Mr Henry sont très sympa ! Christine nous a tout montré et partager ces conseil pour nourrir les rennes , visiter le chemin sous les arc rouge et partagé ces conseil sur la gastronomie sur place. Très belle excursions !
The tour provided by Christine was great! Her information was really helpful and the recommemdations during the tour were excellent. I would recommend her as a tour guide!!

Unfortunately, it was raining, and that put a damper on the day. Having to dodge umbrellas and huge puddles. Over-tourism is globally, and this tour experience was suffering the consequences. Overcrowding of tourists! The guide actually “solicited” for tips for herself and the driver. Japan’s culture is one of no tipping, and it’s one of the pleasantries and bonuses of travel to Japan. Sites are well worth visiting, and this day’s outing makes it easy and convenient. The guide provided a WhatsApp connection that was very useful, and she listed items to purchase and recommendations for eateries. Unfortunately, I felt like a number, and one more tour completed by the guide = money.
Amy was the best guide ever, happiest person I've ever met and so funny. the trip was great value for money, highly recommended
Deer Park in Nara is really nothing special. The space on the bus is too narrow.
It is a lovely experience.
