Good fun with a fantastic instructor. Being able to grind then taste your own matcha- the fragrance is so good, and more flavour than just the powder. I also liked being able to go round the tea museum after. The little gift was a nice touch too.
Excellent! Matcha grinding is very quick but you do learn about the whole lifecycle of Matcha.
The instructors were excellent and the quality of the matcha was better than anything I've had in the U.S. The explanation of the tea making process was also very thorough.
