We had a fun afternoon with Michael biking around his neighborhood in Kyoto, visiting shrines and temples and learning about Japanese history and culture. The bike route was well chosen, so there was not significant traffic to contend with and the E bikes were lots of fun.
We had a really great afternoon on the e-bikes with our wonderful guide Shizuka. Highlights for me were The Golden Temple and the Tea ceremony at the Daitoku-ji temple. Shizuka gave us a beautiful insight into the Zen philosophy.

Really cool tour, we got to see a lot of Kyoto in a small amount of time. We also learned a lot about the culture and Michael made it fun and interesting. Highly recommend.

Our guide Henry was amazing. He showed us so many places off the beaten tourist track that we never would have seen otherwise and it was so fun to explore Kyoto by bike! 100% recommend.
