In generale molto buona
This tour turned what should have been a dream experience into one of the most disappointing moments of our trip. Visiting Switzerland on the Bernina route was a lifelong dream, which is why we chose the guided tour expecting a well-organized experience. Unfortunately, it did not match what was advertised. In St. Moritz we were told there was a reserved carriage for our group, but when boarding the train there were not enough seats available. My husband and three other passengers had to stand for the entire 2.5-hour train journey, making it impossible to enjoy the scenic views that people book this tour for. We also did not receive the headphones mentioned in the description. The guide, Monica, was rude and impatient with tourists. The return from Tirano to Milan was chaotic: almost 4 hours on a bus with no stops and no bathroom, and my husband became sick during the trip. For the price paid, the experience was far below expectations.
