Please be aware that opening of some of the rides and attractions may be delayed opening or closed down for maintenance. You will receive an email with your ticket instantly. You may display your vouchers on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID. Outside food and beverages, ice coolers, cold boxes, glass items, and potentially hazardous items (i.e., weapons, knives, etc.) are not allowed inside the parks. Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior approval. Most rides at the park will have height, age, and weight restrictions. While the park is wheelchair and stroller-accessible, some rides may have restrictions based on health conditions. The park is open daily from 10:00 AM til 6:00 PM. Operating hours are subject to change. The free shuttle departs from different locations as per timetable (guests need to hold a valid ticket or booking to use the shuttle)

we bought tickets for 3 persons and on the side was no information that the Ferrari World was only open untill 17.00, we came there at 16.45 and kindly ask if we could change the ticket for another day but no chance
