If arriving by cruise ship, transfers from the cruise terminal to the city centre are not included. Infants aged 2 and under travel free and do not need a ticket. You can start your tour from any Big Bus stop in Abu Dhabi by activating your mobile voucher or QR for a ticket. All buses are air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. For real-time bus tracking, stop locations and service updates, download the Big Bus Tours app before you travel. Tickets must be activated with a Big Bus team member before visiting included attractions. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque shuttle from Abu Dhabi Mall at 11:30am & 2:30pm, return at 1:30pm & 4:30pm. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque guided tours in English run hourly, modest dress required. Presidential Palace open 9am–7pm, tours every 30 mins, no shorts for men, modest dress for women. Louvre open 10am–6:30pm, closed Mondays, collect ticket from driver at Stop #2.
